Classical Pilates is the foundation. From there we add physical therapy, acupuncture, nutrition and targeted movement — one collaborative team, one plan. Directed by Miriam Lundgren, PMAC, and grounded in anatomy and fascial integration.
We'll map the right mix of disciplines from there.

Our Approach
Pilates-first care — grounded in anatomy and fascial integration.
The Approach
01 — Listen
02 — Integrate
03 — Evolve
Every plan begins with your story, your goals and your body — then a Pilates session that tells us how you actually move. We listen with warmth and curiosity before we prescribe a thing.
Pilates stays the spine of your program. Manual therapy, recovery and holistic health layer around it — designed for how you feel and function for years to come.

Classical Reformer, Tower, Chair and Mat work, taught through the Pilates Alliance Method and an anatomy-informed lens — the foundation everything else builds on.
Hands-on manual therapy paired with intelligent movement to resolve pain at its root and bridge you safely from rehab back into full, confident activity.
Seamlessly integrated with your Pilates practice when we launch.
Gentle, targeted treatment to calm the nervous system, ease chronic pain and inflammation, and help the body recover and rebalance.

Supportive, realistic nutrition counseling that fuels recovery, energy and long-term metabolic health — never restrictive, always personal.
Seamlessly integrated with your Pilates practice when we launch.
Classical Reformer, Tower, Chair and Mat work, taught through the Pilates Alliance Method and a contemporary diagnostic lens.
Progressive resistance training for bone density, joint integrity and metabolic resilience across the lifespan.
Biomechanical corrections that translate directly to balance, gait and everyday performance.
Proprioceptive and vestibular training to protect against falls and preserve confident, capable movement.
What sets us apart is that our practitioners talk to one another. We co-treat and design a single, individualized plan — so movement, manual therapy and holistic health pull in the same direction.
Rebuild after injury, surgery or pain. Manual therapy resolves the root issue while progressive Pilates restores strength, mobility and confidence — your PT and instructor working from the same plan.
Quiet an overworked nervous system. Acupuncture settles the body while mindful movement and breathwork rebuild calm, clarity and resilience week over week.
An 8–12 week reset for energy and metabolic health. Personalized nutrition counseling pairs with consistent movement to create change that actually lasts.

A Pilates Method Alliance–certified instructor with over two decades of studio experience, Miriam has redefined the intersection of movement therapy and applied physiology. Her path began at Texas Christian University, where a BFA in Modern Dance led her to Pilates and the extraordinary effect functional anatomy has on the mind and body. She integrated that dance foundation with movement science through The Articulate Eye training program in Washington, DC in 2005, and was subsequently certified through the Pilates Method Alliance.
A lifelong learner, Miriam has continually deepened her practice through study with Eric Franklin, Irene Dowd, Michelle Larson and Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle. Her fascial anatomy work is rooted in Tom Myers' "Anatomy Trains" and extended by her ongoing training in Applied Movement Neurology — a discipline that accesses the brain to resolve disconnections across the body's systems. She is also certified in Red Cord suspension training and myofascial anatomy. Time spent teaching movement with her family in rural Nicaragua reinforced her belief that mind-body integration can bridge gaps that nothing else reaches. She approaches every body as an intricate system that deserves both fine-tuning and, where needed, structural overhaul — moving beyond traditional Pilates into a research-led ecosystem of care.
